Production Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Production Operations Associate to join our team at our Moorabbin manufacturing facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to take on new challenges, develop their skills, and contribute to the success of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage packaging and product changeovers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clean equipment regularly to maintain high production standards
  • Process ingredients and make batches according to recipe specifications
  • Monitor production activity and resolve issues that impact production targets
  • Accurately report on production data and quality checks using systems provided

Requirements:

  • Available to work day and night shifts 7 days a week (on a rotating roster)
  • Proactive mindset with ability to keep on top of tasks during shift
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to manage daily tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues
  • Eagerness to learn the production line and processes
  • Disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plant
  • Australian work rights
