Manufacturing Operations Associate

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill multiple Manufacturing Operations Associate positions at our food manufacturing site in Melton South.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, performing a range of duties including packing, sorting, mixing, and batching. Working across day and afternoon shifts, you will be required to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency while adhering to strict quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing and sorting products with accuracy and speed
  • Mixing and batching ingredients according to recipes and instructions
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week and at short notice
  • Your own car and driver's license
  • The physical fitness to work on your feet for extended periods
