Associate Product Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving the narrative behind products transforming global logistics.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape a fast-growing company from the inside out, driving real outcomes in a cross-functional role that touches product, marketing, and commercial teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Growth and a collaborative, outcomes-focused team. From acquisition to activation and beyond, their work will influence customer engagement and product-market fit across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define positioning and messaging, building a crisp messaging framework that translates technical capabilities into value stories for various buyer personas.
  • Create and manage campaigns and assets using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop/edit Webflow landing pages.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to provide valuable insights.
  • Conduct interviews and feed learnings back to the product and growth teams.
  • Optimize funnels by building reports and dashboards to identify drop-offs, test hypotheses, and scale successful conversion strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market planning and execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions—especially product, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • 2–5 years in product or growth marketing for B2B software.
  • Proven track record turning complex SaaS features into benefits that resonate with multiple personas.
  • Hands-on with Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, and a modern CRM (Pipedrive ideal).
  • Comfortable learning a product's domain deeply enough to brief developers and teach customers.
  • Experienced in persona development, segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Comfortable switching between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong user empathy and a natural curiosity for understanding customer needs.
