About the Role:

Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Facultative Reinsurance team as a Junior Support Broker. This role is based in the Sydney office and offers a unique opportunity to grow your career in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to the Head of Broker Support Facultative.
  • Prepare new and existing broker contract documents.
  • Process broker business into our Singapore office.
  • Communicate and manage relationships with internal and external business units on business and broker-related queries.
  • Assist with ad-hoc office-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Be enthusiastic and motivated.
  • Some experience working within financial services is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering results.
  • Care for work colleagues and the clients we serve.
  • Must have advanced computer skills.
