Your Role

You'll work with BDMs, Mortgage Brokers, Aggregators, and our lending operations team to drive new business opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and build relationships. This is a hybrid role with office attendance required 3 days a week in our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential phone and email support to Mortgage brokers & broker assistants
  • Provide status updates & assist in managing expectations
  • Work with Mortgage Brokers, Business Development Managers & Lending operations to maintain a smooth experience as files make their way through the pipeline
  • Liaise with our settlement team
  • Adhere to our compliance requirements
  • Work closely with credit, operations, and business partners
  • Work Closely with our aggregator partners
  • Assist with Mortgage Broker training sessions
  • Support broker accreditations
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases
  • Manage valuations pre-submission
  • Manage business collateral and be a part of change initiatives
  • Attend broker and aggregator functions when needed
  • Participate & contribute in team initiatives
  • Clearly demonstrate the Ubank value propositions
