Junior Support Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Facultative Reinsurance team as a Junior Support Broker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Head of Broker Support Facultative and assisting our Broking team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to our Head of Broker Support Facultative
  • Prepare new and existing broker contract documents
  • Process broker business into our Singapore office
  • Communicate and manage relationships with internal and external business units on business and broker-related queries
  • Assist with ad-hoc office-related projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
  • Some experience working within financial services is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering results
