We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Broker Assistant. As a key member of our brokerage team, you will play a vital role in supporting our brokers with insurance policy renewals, market reviews, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist brokers with insurance policy renewals, including preparing documentation and following up with clients.
  • Conduct market reviews and quote insurance policies for clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Lodge claims and manage the claims process efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients on payment matters.
  • Develop your understanding of the insurance broking industry by working with a diverse range of clients and risks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in insurance broking, with both new and experienced candidates considered.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A "can-do" attitude, with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients at all levels.
  • A relevant university degree is a plus, but not essential.
