About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to take on a key role in driving our business growth and expansion. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new local business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Manage project delivery and lead a high-performing project team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose potential projects to senior management for approval.
- Collaborate closely with the global sales team to close deals and drive business success.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to prepare compelling presentations and reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain personal networks within the financial industry to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities.
- Lead recruitment and ramp-up of the business development team to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales strategies and techniques.
- Proven track record in business development and sales to the financial industry.
- Excellent ability to establish and maintain business relationships with client top-level management.
- Familiarity with banking, insurance, or other financial institutions is an asset.
- Experience with large software implementation projects and direct client exposure is an advantage.
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are essential.
