Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team at VMCH. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their daily needs are met, and empowering them to maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver care according to individual care plans, professional standards, and policies
- Collect, interpret, and utilize information to monitor and report on resident health and functional status
- Develop, monitor, and maintain care plans in collaboration with the RN and healthcare team
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement
- Experience assessing aged care residents and formulating care plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using information technology and MS Office
