The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a Medication Endorsed PCW, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, personalized care to residents, including medication administration and support with daily living activities
- Work effectively with nursing staff to assess, plan, and evaluate care outcomes
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment, reporting any concerns or issues promptly
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, recognizing their individual needs and preferences
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (Aged Care)
- Medication Endorsement
- Experience in residential aged care or home care (desired)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
