Director of Client Relations

As a Client Director, you will be the key point of contact for clients and will develop strong communication recommendations across all channels.
Responsibilities include driving and leading a successful client relationship, managing a results-driven team, and delivering high-quality outputs that meet client priorities.
Requirements- Proven ability to manage others and collaborate effectively.
- Passion for media and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the media landscape, including macroeconomic and consumer trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering business results for clients.
- In 3 months: establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders, understand the agency's proposition, and immerse yourself in the team.
- In 6 months: demonstrate ability to deliver on all aspects of the role efficiently and effectively, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver great teamwork consistently.
- In 12 months: take on greater ownership of the role, build strong relationships with clients, and elevate your impact within the business.
