Commercial Property Manager Job

Colliers is seeking a Commercial Property Manager for their Ballarat office. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management across Western Victoria.

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Administer leases, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental payments
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants

A real estate license or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate is required. Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not necessary.
