We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests, providing information on resort amenities and services
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions and handle guest payments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
