About the Position

As a leading player in the digital space, we are seeking a highly skilled Data and Reporting Analyst to join our team.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business insights, performance tracking, and product intelligence across our platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver actionable dashboards, reports, and in-depth analysis for audience, product, content, and commercial performance.
  • Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines using tools like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Google Console.
  • Translate business queries into structured analytical problems and provide clear recommendations.
  • Support A/B testing frameworks and analyze experiment results to validate hypotheses.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and data definitions for consistency and alignment.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in large datasets and share insights proactively with relevant teams.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality and robust tagging, tracking, and data flows.
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries and reporting standards to support internal literacy and governance.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support strategic projects, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
Requirements
  • Necessary Skills and Experience: 3+ years' experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role, preferably within digital, e-commerce, or media.
  • Mastery of Excel and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially around data storytelling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in digital media, automotive, or marketplace environments is an asset.
