Job Title: Digital Data Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team. As a digital data insights analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and creating actionable insights to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with large data sets, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to drive business results
  • Communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights and measurable impact
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; data storytelling
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
