Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor to join our Infrastructure Services Division. This role requires someone who is willing to take on challenges and be part of a high-performing team culture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in civil construction or maintenance, a Certificate IV in Civil Construction, and a Frontline Management Certificate IV or equivalent experience.

  • Providing front-line and planning support to the Project Manager and Coordinator, assisting with project scopes, resource planning, work scheduling, and coordination of job timelines.
  • Ensuring efficient site delivery by overseeing the work of contractors, staff, and resources as needed.
  • Dealing with residents and other members of the community as work progresses, ensuring they are informed of work and safety requirements when applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and managing the day-to-day operational tasks of major and minor projects and programs.
  • Providing front-line and planning support to the Project Manager and Coordinator.
  • Overseeing the work of contractors, staff, and resources to ensure efficient site delivery.
  • Dealing with residents and other members of the community as work progresses.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in civil construction or maintenance.
  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction.
  • Frontline Management Certificate IV or equivalent experience.
  • WHS General Construction Induction Card (White card).
  • Civil Construction Certificate IV – First Aid Certificate.
