Pool Supervision Opportunity
\We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for aquatic safety to join our team as a lifeguard. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily admin processes at the reception desk.
\The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to provide clear direction to all customers, ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely, and adhere to facility safety standards.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Welcome all patrons to the facility with a warm and helpful attitude
- High-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment
- Provide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standards
- Willing and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reporting
- Water testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid (inc. CPR)
- Current Pool Lifeguard qualification
