Assembly Production Worker

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a full-time Assembly Production Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient assembly, storage and dispatch of inventory to meet business operations and customer demand.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with ongoing stable employment and the chance to be part of an excellent work culture.

  • The role requires you to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:15pm (Monday – Thursday) and 8:00am – 3:30pm (Friday).

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Accurately assemble components and perform picking and production work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Receive and process inventory by unloading, labeling and storing it.
  • Thoroughly inspect inventory for any damage or discrepancies.
  • Perform assembly and process work as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid driver’s license is ideal.
  • Experience working in a warehouse setting is essential.
  • Forklift license (LF) and LO are desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to relate to people from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to accurately complete paperwork.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable performing routine, repetitive tasks.
  • Able to lift and move heavy objects, requiring good physical fitness.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • Good numeracy and mechanical aptitude.
  • Working knowledge of process environments.
  • Experience operating machinery.
