Assembly Line Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Line Production Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our manufacturing operations, and we need someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and packing products on the production line. You will also be required to operate equipment, identify maintenance needs, and enter accurate data into Device History File (DHF) records.

  • Assemble and test products according to controlled processes, instructions, and/or schematics.
  • Operate production line equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Enter accurate assembly and test data into DHF records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in an assembly line manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device manufacturing. You should also have knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
  2. Identify and report any issues or defects with products or equipment to the Team Leader.
  3. Maintain accurate records of assembly and test data, including DHF records.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an assembly line manufacturing environment following detailed instructions, preferably medical device manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
