Position Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Prototype Product Assembler for a full-time on-site role (6-month contract with the opportunity to extend to permanent) located in North Melbourne, VIC which is our current location. We are actively looking for a new site as we have outgrown our current building, so will move to either Port Melbourne or Melbourne Central in the coming months.
The Product Assembler will play a critical role in our manufacturing team, responsible for day-to-day laboratory operations, assembling high-quality synthetic organ models, and ensuring precise manufacturing processes. Key duties include:
- Assembling products according to detailed specifications and procedures, in our clean lab facilities.
- Conducting and documenting manufacturing processes and batch history records accurately.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with laboratory safety protocols.
- Reporting findings and progress to the management team.
Skills:

- Understanding of general laboratory procedures and research processes.
- Prior product assembly experience in a cleanroom laboratory is desirable.
