Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Expert to join our architecture studio. As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from design development to construction documentation.

About the Role:

  • Strong skills in managing project delivery, guiding work through design development and construction documentation.
  • Effective consultant coordination, liaising with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills to coordinate deadlines and established project objectives.
  • Leading a small team, overseeing and contributing to project documentation.
  • Proficient in Revit native software.

About You:

  • Experience in Multi Residential / Hotel works to reflect current pipeline.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Australian architecture.
  • Comfortable leading medium to large scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
  • A great attitude willing to settle into a collaborative team environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
