Job Summary

This role is a key position in our delivery process, working closely with clients to ensure successful project execution. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead the client delivery process from deal closure through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT project delivery across consulting engagements post-sale
  • Source and onboard consultants aligned to project scope and client needs
  • Track progress using project management tools and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders
  • Maintain and grow a high-quality consultant pool
  • Ensure excellence in all documentation, compliance, and client-facing materials
  • Coordinate resources across multiple client sites and timelines
  • Prepare agendas, meeting packs, and documentation for internal and external updates
  • Support business development through lead generation, proposal preparation, and statement of work development
  • Identify trends in delivery that inform strategic growth planning
