Mercer is a leading global consulting firm that helps organizations navigate complex business challenges and achieve their goals. As a Risk Transformation, Stream Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of a large multi-year Business Risk Transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive stream delivery plans, including timelines, work breakdown, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Align stream plans with the overall strategy and objectives of the program.
  • Oversee the execution of milestones within your stream, ensuring adherence to project plans, program methodology and frameworks, timelines, and budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers and delivery specialists to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution within your stream.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and external partners, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and support for the program.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on program outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and/or 3LoA operating models.
  • Experience in a regulatory environment and/or a remediation plan.
  • Strong experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including project managers and delivery specialists.
  • Experience in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including program sponsors, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as proactively addressing issues that may impact project delivery or outcomes.
