Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Design Drafter to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based in our design and manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities will include designing and modelling equipment, creating shop detail drawings, checking designs for achievable tolerances, preparing drawings for issue to fabricators or project managers, assisting the workshop with design and drawing queries, and measuring existing equipment.

The Right Person

A drafting qualification/training is essential for this role, alongside outstanding attention to detail and demonstrated proficiency in 3D CAD.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a design or drafting related field, solid written and verbal communication skills, exposure to heavy steelwork fabrication environments, and trades background.
