Lead Structural Technologist Opportunity

This role presents a chance to advance your BIM skills and technical expertise in structural drafting. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Revit Technician to contribute to the growth of our structural team in Wollongong.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the creation of comprehensive structural documentation using Revit and BIM processes.
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in drafting outputs, aligning with project and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to achieve common goals.
  • Mentor junior drafting staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Prioritize project deadlines, maintain high-quality documentation, and lead team coordination efforts.
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of BIM workflows and Revit standards.
  • Work across multiple project stages – from concept to construction documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in advanced Revit techniques, with significant experience in structural drafting.
  • A deep understanding of BIM processes and multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • Experience working on buildings projects, particularly data centers, warehouses, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
