**Job Opportunity:** People and Culture Manager - Retail
Lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company creating transformational products and experiences for various athletic pursuits. Our organization prioritizes employee experience, ensuring business stakeholders receive optimal support while maintaining operational efficiency.
This role involves working closely with senior management to deliver human resources solutions to the retail organization. We seek a manager with extensive HR experience, holding a Bachelor's degree in Business (Human Resources Management or Organisational Psychology) or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Area Directors and Regional Managers to provide effective people experience to business stakeholders
- Utilize business acumen to identify issues and develop proactive solutions
- Provide insights and feedback to Retail Leaders and Center of Excellence teams
- Work with the Health and Wealth team to manage total rewards cycles
- Celebrate individual strengths, foster connection by putting people first, and build trusting relationships
