Job Overview

This role requires 4 days in office. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of working experience as a manager in a full spectrum of human resources capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute priorities and deliverables to the Retail organisation, working closely with Senior Managers and Area Directors.
  • Leverage business understanding to identify issues, provide insights, offer recommendations and develop proactive solutions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to in-market CoEs and Retail Leaders.
  • Act as a key business and P&C intermediary, translating business strategy to inform P&C and P&C strategy to inform the business.
  • Partner with Health and Wealth teams to manage total rewards cycles.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure all people movements are accurately processed.
  • Influence and coach Retail leaders on key P&C and business issues.
  • Evaluate compliance with internal policies and practices, and relevant industrial instruments and employment legislation.
