Administration Officer Job Description

We are seeking a professional and proactive Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, you will provide exceptional service with a smile and help keep operations running smoothly.

The successful candidate will have proven admin and customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and confidence with Microsoft Office and office technology. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and staying calm under pressure.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant school community where every day is different. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality admin support across a range of tasks, including managing reception, creating a welcoming environment, and assisting students and administering basic first aid when needed.
