Academic Support Specialist

This is a tutoring position focused on supporting students aiming for Victoria's selective schools. As an Assistant Tutor, you will work with small groups of 6-12 students across Years 6-8 and specialise in one subject (Mathematics, English, or Writing).
- You will lead weekly group classes, following a three-part approach per session: content delivery, targeted practice, and assessments to evaluate progress.
- You will also provide personalised tutoring to help students with specific questions and clarify challenging concepts.
- In addition, you will respond to student queries via our messaging platform, offering guidance on exam preparation and study strategies.
- You must have attended a Victorian selective school and have achieved excellent academic results, including a minimum ATAR of 99+ with high scores in VCE Maths and English.
- You should have experience with competitive examinations and teaching or mentoring younger students.
- You must be able to commit for the full academic year and sign an NDA to protect resources.
