Boutique Manager: Drive Sales and Customer Experience
We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, leading by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandising standards, and staff presentation standards.
The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately.
Key responsibilities include operational management of the boutique, maintaining high standards in health and safety, facilities, policies, and procedures, as well as back-office operations.
Additionally, you will assist in nurturing relationships with VIP customers, staying aware of market trends, and understanding forthcoming customer initiatives.
As a key member of our team, you will develop and mentor boutique team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Foster a feedback-rich culture by identifying opportunities for team members to improve their performance through positive and constructive feedback.
