Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead the customer journey and experience within our boutique. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and upholding our company core values, setting and delivering a premium level of customer service, and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of premium boutique customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and respond intuitively to each customer's needs.
