System Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to provide system administration and support across finance and HR/payroll systems.

About the Role
  • Provide system administration and support for critical business applications, ensuring reliability, data integration, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed future-state system and business requirements.
  • Act as a central reference point for system selection and project decision-making processes.
  • Gather data and analyse business requirements and user needs to translate complex information into actionable specifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in systems implementation projects, particularly those involving transitions from external support to internal management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting core finance, HR, and/or payroll systems.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into clear, concise, testable, and accurate user stories and process flows.

A Masters degree in Technology or related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with CiAnywhere or similar systems is also an advantage.
