RSA is seeking a skilled professional to provide system administration and support across finance and HR/payroll systems. The successful candidate will have expertise in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree (AQF Level 7) in Information Technology or a related field;
  • Hold IIBA certification or equivalent experience in the field of information technology;
  • Possess at least three years' experience as a Business Analyst supporting core finance, HR, and/or payroll systems;
  • Be proficient in CiAnywhere functions and other smaller applications.
