Chief Cost Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cost-related aspects of projects. Your expertise in cost management and leadership skills will help drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure strong relationships and service excellence.
• Lead and mentor team leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee timely and high-quality delivery of cost management outputs.
• Apply deep market knowledge to guide project and team success.
• Drive client acquisition and retention through effective tender management and business development strategies.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the infrastructure sector.
• Strong background in aviation, rail or power & utilities projects.
• Proven ability to implement growth strategies aligned with local market dynamics.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
• Additional accreditations (e.g. RICS, AIQS, CIOB, APM) are advantageous.
• Skilled in estimating software such as Cost X, Expert Estimator or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills with a track record of producing high-quality reports and leading high-performing teams.
