Senior Family Mediator

We seek an experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to provide high-quality family dispute resolution services as part of our centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver family dispute resolution services in accordance with the Family Law Act and organisational policies and procedures.
- Offer property mediation, intake, information, support and referral services, community education, group work services and ongoing program promotion and networking.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, Law or Social or Behavioural Sciences.
- Mediation or Conflict Resolution qualifications and/or National Mediation Accreditation and/or Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner Accreditation.
- Experience in family dispute resolution and child-focused practices.
- Ability to articulate the family dispute resolution process.
- Opportunity to join a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to undertake other duties as directed within the scope of the role.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the area of service delivery.
