Your Role:
As a Community Support Worker, you'll provide essential care to individuals in their homes and communities.
Our expertise will make a real difference, supporting clients with:
- Personal Care: Complex bowel care, catheter care, stoma care, and manual handling.
- Behavioural Support: Working with Level 2 & 3 Autism, with training highly regarded.
- Daily Living Assistance: Meal preparation, household tasks, and community outings.
- Goal Achievement: Helping clients reach their NDIS goals and independence.
What We're Looking For:
We need:
- Proven experience in personal care and complex support needs (mandatory).
- Training in complex bowel care, catheter care, stoma care, and manual handling.
- Experience with complex behaviours, especially Level 2 & 3 Autism.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work across different shifts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
