About the Role">

As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to clients. This position involves performing routine and corrective maintenance on building management systems (BMS), energy metering systems, and other technical equipment.

  • You will possess a strong customer focus and a commitment to service excellence.
  • A minimum of a Restricted Electrical Licence is required, along with a solid understanding of electrical and/or mechanical HVAC systems.
  • Experience in BMS service and/or commissioning, proficiency with computers and building automation software are essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on BMS systems, maintain and troubleshoot energy metering systems.
  • Conduct building performance analytics and tuning, participate in an on-call roster for emergency breakdown support.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults across systems, deliver customer training and system handovers.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
