Technical Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on Building Management Systems (BMS). 

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify and resolve technical faults across systems.
  • Deliver customer training and system handovers, providing timely and effective technical support to clients. 
Key Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical HVAC systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and building automation software.
  • Current and valid driver's licence.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
