Expert Rostering and Resource Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a principal consultant with extensive knowledge in rostering and resource management within operational shift working environments.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of providing support and advice to HR/rostering practitioners, senior leaders, and management on rostering principles, practice, and process.

The ideal candidate will possess well-developed relational and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes that promote best practice human resources management, governance, and compliance.

A proven analytical mindset, coupled with solution design skills, will be essential for investigating and resolving business problems, as well as improving work practices and HR procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on rostering principles, practice, and process.
  • Support and advise HR/rostering practitioners, senior leaders, and management.
  • Analyze and resolve complex business problems.
  • Design and implement effective solutions to improve work practices and HR procedures.

Requirements:
