Expert Workplace Relations Consultant

We seek a specialist consultant to provide strategic advice on complex employee relations matters.
About the Role:- Provide expert advice to senior leaders and staff on workplace relations matters, including grievances and conduct issues.
- Lead organisational change initiatives, ensuring compliance with consultation obligations and successful implementation.
- Develop and review HR policies, contribute to enterprise bargaining processes, and advocate before external tribunals.
About You:
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or Law, coupled with extensive experience in workplace relations.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian industrial relations framework, including enterprise agreements, legislation, and HR policy.
- Up to 26 weeks paid parental leave or 14 weeks paid primary caregiver leave.
