Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

At ORS, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our PBS team, you will be instrumental in providing positive behaviour support services to clients across the lifespan.

About the Role:
  • You will work collaboratively with the client's whole system of supports to contribute to their goals and quality of life.
  • As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will observe and assess clients' behaviours of concern and develop tailored behaviour support plans.
  • Implementing your plan and monitoring its effectiveness is also an essential part of this role.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in an allied health, human science or education field such as psychology, behaviour analysis (BCBA), social work, teaching/early childhood care, social sciences, criminology, counselling, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or nursing.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Able to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
