- Shape the Product Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain the strategic direction for the Lumery Platform on Salesforce.
- Ensure seamless alignment with business objectives and service needs through NDIS.
- Drive Collaboration Across the Organisation:
- Engage with internal stakeholders including leadership, marketing, and finance to gather insights, define priorities, and align goals.
- Act as a liaison between the NDIS team and the platform development team.
- Collaborate closely with technology leaders to ensure cohesive system design, security, and data flow.
- Partner with external Salesforce partners, vendors, and service providers to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.
- Deliver and Optimise the System:
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to build, enhance, and support the Lumery Platform.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog for transparency, clarity, and alignment with business priorities.
- Provide hands-on Salesforce development and support when needed.
- Promote Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Advocate for the adoption of new tools, models, and methodologies to drive platform capability and business value.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, integration, and user experience.
- Foster a culture of ethical and secure data use.
