Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing reception duties, office administration and management, functional support, health, safety and wellbeing, compliance with policies, and general office management.

This includes answering calls, greeting visitors, managing mail and courier items, maintaining meeting rooms and common areas, processing invoices and expenses, and managing beverage stock.

  • Update SINE system, manage swipe card and parking requests, facilitate onboarding, order supplies, coordinate meeting rooms, and work with building management and other service providers.
  • Assist Executive Assistant team, support HR with onboarding/offboarding, coordinate travel, and help with conferences and events.
  • Review activities for safety, identify hazards, and report accidents and incidents.
  • Operate according to Suntory Oceania policies and perform other necessary duties.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, manage service providers, and support internal processes and improvements.
