Small Business Assistance Role

The focus of the assistance team is to address challenges and issues faced by small businesses.

This role involves providing relevant information and guidance on dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution.

Case managers are responsible for all aspects of a request for assistance, involving diverse small businesses, stakeholders, and issues.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, such as government departments, private enterprises, and peak industry bodies.
  • Providing direct assistance to small businesses by actively managing and driving cases.
  • Delivering projects, conducting research, and providing high-level advice on complex matters affecting small businesses.
  • Assessing themes and trends confronting small businesses.
  • Preparing reports, briefings, submissions, and other correspondence.

This role requires Australian citizenship and a current security clearance or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
