Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Operations Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a positive outlook, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.

You will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering and picking up cars to customers, resolving any issues that may arise on the spot, and conducting regular car inspections.

Additionally, you will work closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless handovers and collaborate with them on administrative tasks.

This role requires a valid full driver's license, a willingness to learn how to assess cars for delivery or pick-up, and flexibility to work after hours and weekends based on a rotating roster.

  • Deliver and pick up cars to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Proactively resolve customer issues on the spot
  • Conduct car inspections on a regular basis
  • Liaise closely with the customer operations team

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Creative problem-solver able to work outside expectations and processes
