About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies across the region.

The role requires expertise in asset management principles, including risk assessment, capital investment planning, and performance measurement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining an effective interface between asset strategy, planning, development, and delivery functions.
  • Leading the development of strategic asset plans to align with regional transport outcomes.
  • Providing assurance and support in the development of modal asset plans.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency in asset management advice across the transport cluster.
  • Preparing and presenting presentations to senior stakeholders on asset management strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as engineering or business.
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles, including ISO 55001.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial project and asset data to inform asset management decisions.
