About the Role

The Creative Resource Manager plays a vital role in the success of our in-house agency. This key position is responsible for managing creative resources, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The primary focus is to keep projects on track, promptly address any issues that may arise, and maintain a seamless project flow from brief to delivery of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with creative leads and agency operations to prioritise tasks.
  • Manage workload based on capability, availability, and capacity.
  • Ensure even distribution of work among creative resources.
  • Assess creative effort against expectations, ensuring accountability to deadlines.
  • Prioritise incoming requests aligned with project timelines and team capacity.
  • Maintain a centralised system for tracking project requests and assignments.
  • Use workflow tools to plan and monitor creative project schedules.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, enhancing workflow efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project updates to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings to establish clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
