Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead business analysis efforts and drive digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Elicit and document complex requirements: Conduct workshops, interviews, and other discovery activities to gather and document business needs.
  • Analyse and optimise business processes: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and champion solution designs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in a senior role within a digital environment.
  • Experience leading and delivering complex projects.
