Digital Innovation Engineer Role

Weir's Intelligent Solutions leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth. As a Digital Innovation Engineer, you'll help bring innovative designs to life, working with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge technologies that enhance product performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include contributing to design, support field testing, and validating new solutions, ensuring they meet real-world demands. You'll bridge the gap between innovation and execution, helping shape Weir's digital future by executing digital solutions using IoT, AI, and machine learning.

  • Support Testing & Validation: Assist in proof of concepts and field testing to ensure new technologies meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Collaborate & Align: Work closely with Technology Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and are efficiently executed.
