At the heart of Sydney lies a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for digital innovators.

The newly opened multi-purpose facility in Green Square is looking for a specialist to join their team and drive meaningful change through data-driven decision-making.

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of aquatic centres across the City portfolio, by leading the integration and optimization of digital systems, managing data platforms, and delivering insights that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing systems including Xplor Recreation, Microsoft Dynamics, and Genesys Cloud;
  2. Leading digital projects, automation initiatives, and system upgrades;
  3. Analysing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities;
  4. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors;
  5. Ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards;
  6. Supporting user adoption and change management.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in digital systems or data analysis;
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills;
  • Experience with leisure membership systems (Xplor preferred);
  • Proficient in MS Office and PowerBI;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
